Hayden LaBelle, AIF^®

Hayden LaBelle began his career in the financial services industry in 2017. Before joining Minich MacGregor Wealth Management in 2024, he served as a Regional Financial Analyst for Otis Elevator Company for two years. Prior to that, Hayden spent four years with an independent community bank, where he held roles as an Investment Analyst and Officer.

After gaining experience in corporate finance, Hayden realized his passion lay in retail investment management and financial planning—helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

As the Director of Trading and Data Analyst at Minich MacGregor Wealth Management, Hayden works closely with the firm’s portfolio managers, overseeing trade execution during client portfolio rebalancing. He also plays a key role in managing and optimizing the firm’s data systems.

Hayden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Union College and later completed his MBA in Economics at Southern New Hampshire University. In 2021, he obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, reflecting his commitment to ethical and professional investment practices.

Residing in Ballston Spa with his wife, Hayden enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with family. He actively volunteers at a local farm taking care of retired racehorses.
