James Minich, Juris Doctor

James “Jim” Minich has been working as a financial advisor since 1987.  He worked for one of the largest full-service brokerage houses before co-founding Minich MacGregor Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory firm, in 2009.  As one of the firm’s portfolio managers, Jim is responsible for the construction, monitoring, and rebalancing of his clients’ portfolios, leveraging market research to optimize performance. Jim is committed to providing investment strategies that align with the client’s financial goals and risk tolerance.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego’s School of Law. Jim holds the Series 65 license as an Investment Adviser Representative of Minich MacGregor Wealth Management, and he also maintains his insurance license.

Outside of the office, Jim enjoys an active lifestyle biking, running, and swimming.

Jim and his wife split their time between St. Augustine, FL, and Spring Green, WI.
